Walleye fishing has fired up big time here from Huron to Avon. Reports coming in from as shallow as 8' out to 30 feet. Reef Runner , Pink Panties, Purple Demon as well as most Bare Nakeds. Fish are still being taken from North of the bar on harnesses as well ,down 26' to 32'. Perch fishing to every ones surprise is still very good and limits are expected.
With weather finally helping out perch and walleye fishing are picking up. Both seem dependent on clean water and stable weather. In the Avon Lake -Lorain area look for perch in 32-43 feet and walleyes are spread from 16 to 43 feet. Spoons ,cranks and harnesses all had their place this week end. Look foe fish in top 15 feet or tight to the bottem.
